Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, in accordance with consumer protection regulations applicable to dietary supplements.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

- We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include the RA number in your return shipment.
- Ship the product to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Please do not send products back without first obtaining a Return Authorization, as we may not be able to process unauthorized returns.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective product, or damage during shipping), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon receipt of the returned product.
5. Refund Processing Time
